the original farm

The next few posts will be related to our original farm. When we lived here 15 years ago we purchased this farm. It has been the dream we have held on to from assignment to assignment. After we had our second child, we knew we needed to live somewhere closer to civilization, somewhere closer to schools with more services, closer to therapies and doctors and even a place where we had more options for employment. That's what motivated us to buy this farm we live on two years ago. Though you might enjoy some pics from the original farm that set us on our dream. I've always felt honey and I had a vision of potential, not necessarily the then and now. When we house hunted, we looked at a place and envisioned it with potential (or not). We dreamed that we'd build a house on this property and had termed through the years the current house as the "mother-in-law" house. Enjoy the pics.
