Hunting season 2011

It was a good year for hunting! On the farm both honey and oldest got a deer and oldest also got pheasant. We are now finding good recipes, since we are new at eating game. Please pass along any good ones you'd recommend! Special thanks to cousin and NY neighbor for coaching and helping with the deer and pheasants.
