The garden is going very well. Upper 70's or 80's during the day and mid 40s at night are allowing the garden to continue, which is wonderful considering we have a short growing season as it is. That means its serious canning time! Tuesday night I made Peach jam. Thursday night I made Peach salsa. Friday, I made Dill pickles, Jalapeno relish and Bread and Butter pickles. We still haven't gotten more than about 5 tomatoes to ripen and have a ton on the plants. Any suggestions for getting them to ripen? We're watching closely for frosts but are enjoying the warmer weather while we have it.
